Location
The accommodation and main activities will be held in Uçhisar.
Bus transfers will be organized to reach venues located in neighboring villages.

Nearest airports are Nevsehir / Kapadokya Airport (NAV) and Kayseri Airport (ASR)
Nevsehir / Kapadokya Airport (NAV) to Uçhisar: 30 minutes
Kayseri Airport (ASR) to Uchisar: 50 minutes
Transfert from the airport ot the hotels
There is no public transportation from the airports to the hotels, and Taxi can be expensive.

Transfer prices:
- The prices are to be paid in cash in the cars to the driver directly.
- One way transfer from (or to) Kayseri airport: 5 € / 30 TL
- One way transfer from (or to) Nevşehir airport: 4 € / 25 TL

Prolonging your stay / booking tourist activities
If you wish to prolong your stay, arriving earlier or leaving later you may book additional nights in the conferences hotel directly through the Argos Hotel, which will also be happy to book tourist attractions such as excursions or balloon flights if you are staying in their hotels. Prices of the conference packages
UPDATE: registration is now closed
The fee includes accommodation with breakfast and meals as described below, as well as coffee breaks, the performance of Friday evening and the concert on Saturday evening and participation in the different events.
To make your registration easier, we offer two packages that you can combine to stay for the full duration.
- “Membership Day” package, with 1 night at the hotel from Thursday to Friday and lunch on Friday
- “Conference” package, with 2 nights at the hotel from Friday to Sunday, as well as dinner on Friday, lunch and dinner on Saturday
For local conference-participants and others who don’t need a hotel, separate fees will be communicated on demand.
If you need another arrangement, please contact us directly so we can try and find a solution.
Non members will be charged 20€ extra fee.
