Call for show of interest to organise a cooperation event of the European Choral Association in 2024, 2025 or 2026 : Small EUROPA CANTAT type festivals / Leading Voices 2nd edition / Europa Cantat junior 2026 and others
Looking for hosts of “Europa Cantat festival type events” in 2024
For 2024 it has not been possible to find a host for a EUROPA CANTAT Festival as we used to organise it until 2018.
We have decided instead to try something new: several smaller events happening in different regions of Europe, focusing on choirs and singers. We especially want to offer something to the youth choirs and young singers who did not have an opportunity to attend an event of this kind for some years due to the pandemic, but also be open to youth and adults of all ages.

Submission of other events under our label in 2024
If you would like to submit another event under the label of the European Choral Association in 2024 (small singing week, master class, seminar, study tour etc., see -> here) please use -> this form to submit your event by the end of February 2023.
Looking for hosts for Leading Voices 2025
In 2025 we would like to offer the 2nd edition of Leading Voices which was introduced as a new cooperation event of the European Choral Association in Utrecht in 2022.
Even though Leading Voices number 2 will not need to be the same type of event as the one in Utrecht, we are looking for an organisation or institution that would be interested in hosting an event for those who play a leading role in the sector of collective singing / in the choral world: conductors/vocal leaders, composers/arrangers, managers, music educators and students. The spirit of this event should be to bring different target groups together (up to approximately 500 participants) and break down walls between styles and genres, to include different art forms and offer innovative inspiring lectures, workshops and performances.

Looking for hosts for Europa Cantat junior 2026
In 2026 it is time for our next Europa Cantat junior festival. We would like the organisers of this festival to be able to attend Europa Cantat junior 2023 in Ghent to experience the festival and get inspired for 2026.
Europa Cantat junior is a festival with approximately 800 to 1,000 participants, equal voice and sometimes mixed children and youth choirs aimed at those who are still in school (usually the age range is approximately 10 to 18 or 10 to 20).
